MoCoCo is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, recognized by both the State of Colorado and the IRS. Based in Florissant, Colorado, we are an all-volunteer group of dedicated property owners committed to supporting our community.

Our work prioritizes:

• Life and safety-related property issues
• Wildfire mitigation
• Home hardening
• Repair or assistance requests (reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.)

We also organize community entertainment events and offer educational programming to promote safety, preparedness, and neighborly connection.
