Cathy Perry, MoCoCo Coordinator
As Committee Coordinator, I bring over three decades of experience in property management and residential construction project management. Throughout my career, I've overseen the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of both large and small-scale housing projects - experiences that have given me a deep appreciation for what it takes to build strong foundations, both literally and figuratively.
My role at MoCoCo allows me to combine my professional expertise with my passion for community service. I work closely with our various committees to help align their goals, streamline communication, and support the execution of projects that promote sustainable growth, accessibility, and opportunity in our mountain communities. Whether it's housing infrastructure, or local events, I believe every effort we make together can have a meaningful impact.
I was drawn to MoCoCo because of its grassroots energy and shared belief in the power of people coming together to create change. I truly believe in the importance of giving back - and feel fortunate to be part of an organization that values integrity, transparency, and community-led action.
Outside of my work with the coalition, I enjoy many of life's simplest and most rewarding pleasures - reading, biking, and spending meaningful time with my family and friends. These moments keep me grounded, inspired, and continually motivated to help others thrive.
